We are pleased to announce the appointment of Florian Wimmenauer and Dr. Pascal Schug as the new Management Board of Aucos AG, effective October 28, 2024.

Florian Wimmenauer, AI and software expert, has transitioned from the role of Head of Research & Development to the Management Board.
“The strong drive for innovation, the passion for optimizing complex production systems and the strong team spirit at Aucos have always inspired me. Taking over a family business from the next generation is a challenging and exciting task. In today’s rapidly changing world, it is more important than ever to combine proven traditions with innovative ideas to achieve long-term success for our customers and the Aucos team”, states Florian Wimmenauer, who in his previous role was the central contact for strategic development.
Dr. Pascal Schug has joined the Aucos AG team as a new member.
After four years as Managing Director of the Düring Group, the entrepreneur has returned to his university town of Aachen to start a new journey at Aucos. Until 2024, the father of two children worked for the Possehl Group in Lübeck and Augsburg in the area of medium-sized investments. In addition to his technical background, he will bring his entrepreneurial thinking and broad international expertise to Aucos. “As the market leader in automation technology, we at Aucos AG are ideally positioned to create real added value for our customers together with our partners”, states Dr. Pascal Schug.
Florian Wimmenauer is responsible for all technical matters. Pascal Schug oversees the commercial and sales areas. This realignment positions Aucos for continued success in the automation industry.
After ten successful years on the board of Aucos AG, Peter Kessels and Andreas Schuhmacher will continue to support Aucos as senior consultants with their many years of expertise.
With the management duo of Florian Wimmenauer and Dr. Pascal Schug, Aucos AG will continue to be your reliable partner with outstanding solutions.
We could present ourselves at the international trade fair for surface technology in Stuttgart in the period from 4th to 6th June 2024.
We were very pleased about the visit of our regular customers and were also able to welcome numerous international interested parties at our booth.
